Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription directly via Stripe, the payment platform used by Pixnime. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Stripe space or go to the email you received at payment and click: "Manage your subscription".

Free credits in case of failure

We only offer free credits in the following cases ("free credit refund cases"):

• The head is cut off below the eyes while the original photo is not a full-body shot and the face is clearly visible.
• The result is really anatomically unacceptable (e.g.: several hands, three arms, etc.).

For any request, please send a screenshot of the original photo and the result (you will find these images in your collection).

Clearly non-refundable cases

• If a girl's photo becomes a boy (or vice versa), you must use the "male" or "female" options during generation. Note: some themes are specifically gendered (e.g., waifu) and the system will generate a girl in 90% of cases.
• Small malformations: a small "6th finger" appears but you have to look closely to see it
• Color change: I'm blonde but the result is brunette
• Bad interpretations: he was holding a newspaper in profile, it turned into a flute
• Other cases than the ("free credit refund cases") are not refunded.

Account deletion

To permanently delete your Pixnime account:

1. Go to My Account (icon at the top right).
2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
3. Click Delete my account and follow the confirmation.

Warning! All generated and stored photos in your collection will be permanently deleted.
All your public photos on Pixnime will also be deleted.
